Prior to becoming an attorney, Timothy Wolfe studied Businesses Economics and Entrepreneurship at University of Arizona. During his senior year, Timothy started a software company with a group of students and traveled across the United States pitching the concept to investors and gaining financial support. He graduated magna cum laude and continued the startup after graduation. He also worked as a financial analyst with a medical billing company before applying to law school.

Timothy attended University of Washington School of Law where he focused on business and entrepreneurial law. His coursework included classes in employment discrimination, labor relations, wage and hour, antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, and contract drafting. While a student, Timothy interned in the legal department of a software company where he drafted and negotiated employment, service, and vendor contracts. He also worked as a legal assistant at a civil defense firm where he helped with every stage of litigation. Near the end of law school, Timothy worked in the legal department of a large online retailer responding to regulatory contacts related to workplace health and safety.

After law school, Timothy moved back to the Western Slope of Colorado to be near his family. He worked for a personal injury law firm while studying for the Colorado Bar Exam and completing the licensing process. He joined Bechtel & Santo in August 2022. With his experience in business management, finance, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and litigation, he is an excellent fit for the firm and capable of assisting clients with nearly any legal issue that faces their businesses.

Tim is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Utah.
